How to change the keyboard language on a Mac. Click the Apple logo in the top-left corner of the screen, then select 'System Preferences.' Click 'Keyboard.' To update the language on your Mac, go to the Language & Region (previously Language & Text) panel in System Preferences. You can access the System Preferences by clicking on the Apple menu at the top left of the screen. Once in the Language & Region panel select the General tab, a list of 'Preferred languages' will appear on the left side.


You can change the primary language on your Mac computer, or add a secondary language, from the System Preferences menu. Changing the language on your Mac will effect menus and pop-ups, as well as. I just bought an Macbook Air used ( as it is ) and its in deferent language. I tried to format it by watching youtube but failed to do so. Can anyone help me fixing this problem please.
